We partner with local farmers and suppliers, and provide you with fresh foods that nourish the body and mind. We dedicate ourselves to cooking from scratch, avoiding frozen or prepared foods high in fats, sodium or sugar. In addition, we build our menus by the season – we cook by Mother Nature’s abundance and on her schedule!

Because Epicurean Group is an independent company with no national purchasing requirements, we have the freedom to buy from local farmers, fishermen, ranchers and artisans. Here, in Northern Oregon, we’re fortunate to have some of the best food sources in the country right at our fingertips. The majority of our food purchases are sourced locally, within a 150-mile radius, so our food doesn’t have to fly across the country before it lands on your plate. That’s sustainable — and it supports the same communities where we all live and work.
